360 Global has the team of experienced construction personnel to manage a project through to final commissioning and client hand‐over.
The construction management team consists of Engineering and trades supervision, Procurement, Document Control, Vendor Data collation, Health & Safety supervision and implementation, Construction 3D model Simulation for Planning and Inductions, Project Progress Reporting, Municipal Permitting Management, final commissioning supervision and reporting and “As Built” drafting and documentation.
At the construction stage, if a fabricated item does not fit up as designed, that item shall be checked for consistency with the “free issued” fabrication details. That item may then need modification to suit the fabrication detail. All else is expected to fit up as designed.
